Project overview
ClinicPro is a dental clinic management app designed to replace the clinic’s previous manual processes with a simple, organized digital system. It helps staff manage appointments, patient records, and daily tasks more efficiently while improving communication and creating a smoother experience for both patients and the clinic team.
Problem
The clinic’s manual, paper-based workflow led to frequent scheduling errors, missing patient details, and slow communication between receptionists and doctors. Staff struggled to track appointments, treatment history, and daily tasks, causing delays, frustration, and an inconsistent patient experience.
Solution
We designed Clinic-Pro Mobile App. ClinicPro introduces a unified digital system that organizes appointments, stores complete patient histories, patient records, and staff communication. It gives the team real-time visibility, reduces errors, and creates a faster, smoother experience for both staff and patients.
UX Design Process
01 Research
We used qualitative research to understand how clinic staff manage appointments, patient records, and daily operations. Through interviews and real-time workflow observations, I gathered insights about their routines, bottlenecks, and common frustrations. I also reviewed their existing tools and manual processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies. This approach helped me clearly define the core user needs for creating a smoother, more efficient clinic management solution.
