Project overview
The Sales Tracking App was designed to streamline Innovatee’s sales operations by replacing scattered manual tools like Google Docs, SFA, and Salesforce with a unified, easy-to-use platform. The goal was to help sales executives record leads, track daily activities, monitor performance, and provide managers with real-time visibility into team progress. Through research, interviews, and iterative design, We created a user-centered solution that simplifies workflow, improves accuracy, and enhances overall productivity across the sales team.
Problem
Innovatee’s sales team was using multiple manual tools such as Google Docs, spreadsheets, and shared files to track leads and daily activities. This resulted in inconsistent data, difficulty in monitoring performance, and no real-time visibility for managers to make timely decisions.
Solution
We designed a unified Sales Tracking App that centralizes all sales activities in one platform. The solution enables sales executives to record leads efficiently, track their daily tasks, and allows managers to access accurate, real-time insights, improving coordination, workflow, and overall team productivity.
UX Design Process
01 Research
We used both qualitative and quantitative research to understand the sales team’s real challenges. Through interviews and workflow observations, We gathered qualitative insights about their daily tasks and pain points. We also analyzed existing Google Sheets, SFA, and Salesforce data to identify trends and gaps. This combined approach helped me clearly define user needs for an effective sales tracking solution.
